ITC Service has engineers on call from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM Monday to Friday. ITC Service recognises that businesses do not always operate on a typical 9-5 basis anymore and occasionally clients require support ‘out of hours’. ITC Service does have emergency cover for critical system issues. By leaving an out of hours voicemail or email, an engineer will contact you to discuss your problem and attempt to resolve it remotely, or on-site if required.
ITC were able to present new ideas and a fresh approach to teaching and learning. The requirements of the staff changed on weekly basis but ITC gave us their undivided attention and supplied a number of solutions to any given problem. They took full ownership of the schools long term vision and the objectives we wanted to achieve.
