ITC Service has engineers on call from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM Monday to Friday. ITC Service recognises that businesses do not always operate on a typical 9-5 basis anymore and occasionally clients require support ‘out of hours’. ITC Service does have emergency cover for critical system issues. By leaving an out of hours voicemail or email, an engineer will contact you to discuss your problem and attempt to resolve it remotely, or on-site if required.
ITC Service were appointed to replace our ageing server which included the transferral of important data, setting up software and checking existing pc’s were functioning correctly. The process went quickly and efficiently and ITC engineers went above and beyond a standard service. I would have no hesitation to recommend ITC service as they provided a second to none service.
