ITC Service has engineers on call from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM Monday to Friday. ITC Service recognises that businesses do not always operate on a typical 9-5 basis anymore and occasionally clients require support ‘out of hours’. ITC Service does have emergency cover for critical system issues. By leaving an out of hours voicemail or email, an engineer will contact you to discuss your problem and attempt to resolve it remotely, or on-site if required.
Our previous experience with IT support from external companies had been nothing short of disastrous. When approached by Peter Anderson from ITC we were again a little hesitant that they would just be another IT company full of false promises – how very wrong we were. From the day ITC took over our IT support it has run 99% of the time without any issue, and those small issues we have had have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. It goes without saying that this in turn has kept staff productive and we just wish we had moved to them sooner.
