ITC Service has engineers on call from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM Monday to Friday. ITC Service recognises that businesses do not always operate on a typical 9-5 basis anymore and occasionally clients require support ‘out of hours’. ITC Service does have emergency cover for critical system issues. By leaving an out of hours voicemail or email, an engineer will contact you to discuss your problem and attempt to resolve it remotely, or on-site if required.
Having been let down by previous IT companies in terms of response times, reliability and technical abilities we have found ITC Service to provide a service second to none. Engineers are friendly, approachable, have the IT knowledge and are more importantly responsive to any issues we do have.
