The service we receive from ITC is first class. There is always someone available to speak to if we have an issue and its generally sorted remotely. If this cant be resolved this way, an Engineer will come out and resolve it on site. I particular like the fact that the service is not just during business hours but the support is there when working from home at night and server alterations are carried out on weekends to avoid disruption to our business. I certainly wouldn’t hesitate in recommending ITC to any other business.
