Your initial contact with ITC may be via website enquiry, email, phone call or via our social media channels. From the outset, you will be allocated an account manager who will work with you throughout your journey with us.

Your dedicated account manager will initially discuss with you your current IT set up, any problems you may be experiencing or any areas you wish to develop. It may be that your existing infrastructure is sound and you simply wish to access ongoing IT support for any glitches that may occur in the day to day running of your business. Perhaps you are unhappy with your existing IT support company, you wish to make changes to your business IT systems or have a specific project in mind.

Regardless of the scale of the work required or the size of your business, ITC Service is happy to provide a detailed specification and we don’t have a ‘hard sell’ approach.

It is often beneficial for an account manager to visit your business to fully assess your business IT requirements. Likewise, it is important for potential clients to feel happy with us as an IT partner, so we actively encourage visits to our HQ to meet the team and see how we operate.  We’re a friendly bunch and should you decide to choose us as your trusted IT partner, you will get to know our staff well.

If you decide you would like us to become your IT partner your account manager won’t ask you to sign a long-term contract. That’s right! We are so confident that you will be happy with the service we deliver we offer monthly rolling contracts with a 30-day period. Despite this, we have a client retention rate of 98% which speaks volumes about the level of service we deliver!

Once you become an ITC Service client your account manager will oversee any work that is completed or required by our team of engineers. If you are a support client, you have access to unlimited remote and on-site support. That means you can call/email our engineers as many times as you need to for assistance and if they can’t deal with your problem remotely, they will come out to the site to resolve your issue at no additional cost. Site visits are also unlimited, so you don’t ever need to worry about call out charges or hidden fees.

Our new clients are allocated to a specific team. This allows engineers to get to know you, your staff, your business and how it operates. You will speak to the same team of engineers and meet them when they visit your site.  We feel that this personal level of service is vital to forming a long-lasting partnership.
