ITC endeavour to repair hardware in the first instance. On assessing the nature of the problem, ITC balance the cost of the repair with the future life span of the device or equipment against the benefit and cost of replacing the item. All options are offered to our clients before they decide if they would like our workshop engineers to make a repair or if alternative options should be considered. We ensure that the most cost-effective options are explored. We have an extensive workshop to complete physical repairs in a swift and efficient manner.

Printers, Scanners and Copiers

ITC can provide an appropriate printer, scanner or copier to meet your businesses requirements. Monochrome, colour and multi-function devices are available. We are able to offer fully managed printers and copiers whereby we ensure the unit is always fully operational and well serviced at a fixed monthly cost. Alternatively, ITC can source an appropriate device to purchase outright that we can maintain on your behalf, providing printer cartridges, toner and maintenance as and when required.
