Having been let down by previous IT companies in terms of response times, reliability and technical abilities we have found ITC Service to provide a service second to none. Engineers are friendly, approachable, have the IT knowledge and are more importantly responsive to any issues we do have.

Downtime is no longer acceptable. Anything less than immediate resolution is not just frustrating but can impact the bottom line of any business in a surprisingly short time

Regardless of the size of a business, the ability to access services via the internet is a necessity most take for granted. The ability to communicate with clients, access business-critical data and access services on the go is paramount to the success of your business. ITC is able to provide a range of services to fit the needs of our clients, ranging from ADSL to Ethernet circuits.

Businesses time after time select connectivity that is not fit for purpose.  This can be due to clients not being aware of the choices in the marketplace.  Sometimes businesses take the perceived cheapest option.  This can lead to costing your business more in the long run with lost productivity and financial implications.

Being a responsible IT services provider, ITC Service is able to use our consultative approach to evaluate our clients current and future connectivity needs.

connectivity

ITC Service provides a number of connectivity solutions including:

1. ADSL

ADSL is a standard of broadband provided over phone lines.  Meaning “Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line” speeds are often dependent on client site’s location from the main exchange, with upload speeds being greatly inferior to download speeds.  The vast majority of locations can benefit from ADSL broadband.

2. FTTC

Fibre to the Cabinet (FTTC) offers quicker speeds and more reliability than ADSL.  Fibre Optic cables are run to the main exchange with traditional copper wires running the last part of the connection.  Fibre availability is dependent on a range of factors and is not always guaranteed.

3. EFM

Ethernet First Mile (EFM) is an alternative to Fibre or ADSL.  Whereas these connections are usually shared with other users on the network (called “Contention”) – EFM is exclusively your connection.  Vital for businesses with heavy data usage.

4. Ethernet Circuit

Also called Leased Lines, Business Ethernet provides true end-to-end internet connectivity for businesses.  They often provide optimal connectivity in areas where ADSL or Fibre is unavailable or not reliable enough for a business’s requirements.
