ITC Service LIMITED (“We”) are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy (together with our terms of use and any other documents referred to on it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the Act) & GDPR, the data controller is Christopher Potts of ITC Service LIMITED. Our nominated representative for the purpose of the Act and our DPO is Christopher Potts.

How we use your information

This privacy notice tells you how we, ITC Service Limited, will collect and use your personal data.

We may collect and process the following data about you:

  • Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site ITC Service Limited(our site). This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site, subscribing to our service, posting material or requesting further services. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

Our website uses cookies to distinguish you from other users of our website. This helps us to provide you with a good experience when you browse our website and also allows us to improve our site. Why does ITC Service Limited need to collect and store personal data?

In order for us to provide you effective services and product administration we need to collect personal data for the purposes of:

  • Effective client support.
  • To help improve our service delivery.
  • Service administration purposes this can include, password reminders, notify users of pending or ongoing maintenance.
  • To enable platform unity where mutual credentials are required.
  • Assist in network and/or device performance.

In any event, we are committed to ensuring that the information we collect and use is appropriate for this purpose, and does not constitute an invasion of your privacy.

Will ITC Service Limited share my personal data with anyone else?

We may pass your personal data on to third-party service providers contracted to ITC Service Limited in the course of dealing with you. Any third parties that we may share your data with are obliged to keep your details securely, and to use them only to fulfil a service provision you are subscribed to receive. When they no longer need your data to fulfil this service, they will dispose of the details in line with ITC Service Limited’s procedures. We may disclose your personal information to any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006. We may disclose your personal information to third parties:

How will ITC Service Limited use the personal data it collects about me?

ITC Service Limited will process (collect, store and use) the information you provide in a manner compatible with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We will endeavour to keep your information accurate and up to date, and not keep it for longer than is necessary. ITC Service Limited is required to retain information in accordance with the law, such as information needed for income tax and audit purposes. How long certain kinds of personal data should be kept may also be governed by specific business-sector requirements and agreed practices. Personal data may be held in addition to these periods depending on individual business needs.

We do not disclose information about identifiable individuals to our advertisers, but we may provide them with aggregate information about our users (for example, we may inform them that 500 men aged under 30 have clicked on their advertisement on any given day). We may also use such aggregate information to help advertisers reach the kind of audience they want to target (for example, women in SW1). We may make use of the personal data we have collected from you to enable us to comply with our advertisers’ wishes by displaying their advertisement to that target audience.

Under what circumstances will ITC Service Limited contact me?

Our aim is not to be intrusive, and we undertake not to ask irrelevant or unnecessary questions. Moreover, the information you provide will be subject to rigorous measures and procedures to minimise the risk of unauthorised access or disclosure.

Can I find out the personal data that the organisation holds about me?

ITC Service Limited at your request, can confirm what information we hold about you and how it is processed. If ITC Service Limited does hold personal data about you, you can request the following information:

  • Any details and information of automated decision making, such as profiling, and any meaningful information about the logic involved, as well as the significance and expected consequences of such processing.

Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10.

What forms of ID will I need to provide in order to access this?

ITC Service Limited accepts the following forms of ID when information on your personal data is requested:

  • Valid Passport
  • Valid Driving licence
  • Birth certificate
  • Utility bill (from the last 3 months)
