ITC Service has engineers on call from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM Monday to Friday.  ITC Service recognises that businesses do not always operate on a typical 9-5 basis anymore and occasionally clients require support ‘out of hours’.  ITC Service does have emergency cover for critical system issues. By leaving an out of hours voicemail or email, an engineer will contact you to discuss your problem and attempt to resolve it remotely, or on-site if required.

If you expect to need a significant amount of support outside of our main office hours, please discuss this with your account manager, and options will be discussed to ensure you have access to support when you need it.
