Backup / Recovery

Where data is critical, clients can benefit from an off-site back up service which is monitored and managed. In the event of system failure, ITC will work to get equipment back on line. On a 15 minute basis ITC will monitor windows services, disk space, network switches, file size, server performance, bandwidth and can perform ping checks. On a daily basis ITC can check the status of backups, antivirus updates, disk growth rates, disk health, windows updates, critical updates and hacker attempts. Workstation monitoring and asset tracking can be performed weekly and direct reporting and summaries are available for assigned management or directors.
Networks & Infrastructure
ITC offer office-wide IT infrastructure design, from planning to cabling and configuration. Networks connect users to share data and resources and a full range of services are available, including network security, website-blacklisting and remote access. Network management and monitoring ensures that systems are running at their optimum. Full system documentation can be provided and ITC are particularly adept at future system planning to take account of expansion and moves to new premises.
